Shipping & Handling...
We ship year
round via USPS priority mail, 2-3 day delivery. We ship throughout the
contiguous United States. We are unable to ship outside the United
States, P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs.
We ship once a
week. Orders must be placed by Saturday before 2:00 p.m. PST in
order to be shipped out on Monday. All orders placed after
Saturday are shipped on the following Monday to avoid having the
chocolates sit in a shipping hub over the weekend. Please email us
or call if you have an urgent request. We will do our best to
accommodate your request.

Chocolates is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable recipients
and addresses.
If necessary,
your shipment may contain cold packs. This is to protect your chocolates while in transit
and are included in the shipping and handling charges.
If for any
reason your order does not meet with your satisfaction, simply contact
us for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund minus the
cost of shipping.
